BROADNET WIRELESS High Speed Internet service provides an excellent broadband froundation for other services. Please select from the list of services below that we have tested on our network:
About BROADNET WIRELESS High-Speed InternetBROADNET WIRELESS has built its network on recent advances in wireless Internet technology that makes high speed wireless connections readily available on laptops, cell phones, and other mobile computing devices. Meraki retail deployments are tested to literally thousands of locations - all centrally managed over the web, without on-site IT support. APs can be installed on location without a wireless specialist, and the entire network can be managed from a central office - also without specialized training or certifications. BROADNET WIRELESS acts as a separate path to the Internet if your main connection fails. If your land-based connection goes down, BROADNET WIRELESS continues to stay up. When you plug in a Meraki access point, it automatically connects to the Cloud Controller over the web, downloads its configuration, and joins your network. As a result, Meraki deployments take hours - not days or weeks. BROADNET WIRELESS High Speed Internet is delivered through our network of radio towers and antennas located at higher elevation points around the United States. These towers currently deliver Internet to customers at their homes and businesses. Wireless LANs are critical to many industrial and manufacturing facilities. Yet hardware failures and complex management systems can quickly erase productivity gains. The Meraki robust IP-65 rated hardware and intuitive cloud-based management keep facilities productive, without certifications or training. Replace your leased access lines with wireless Internet service to eliminate recurring costs to the phone company. BROADNET WIRELESS high-speed Internet service lets you browse the Internet, download files and access email from your home located in a rural location that is not connected via any other medium except for dial-up or satellite. Centrally managed over the web, Meraki networks deploy quickly across large areas. Plug and play access points can be installed without networking expertise, dramatically reducing deployment costs. The Meraki browser-based dashboard then provides visibility and control over the entire network, with a simple and intuitive interface. The Mesh Neighbors tab displays a table containing data about each of the nearby Meraki access points - (1) Name, (2) MAC address, (3) Signal strength of the neighbor, (4) Percentage of packets successfully sent (Fwd) from the access point to its neighbor, (5) Percentage of packets successfully sent (Rev) by its neighbor to the access point, and (6) Distance from the neighbor to the access point to which are you connected. With Meraki, as long as there's at least one other functioning gateway on the mesh, new connections from client devices will find their way onto the Internet through that gateway AP. Once the Internet connectivity problem is resolved in the situation described above, the bad gateways will once again advertise themselves as good gateways. Of course, there are limits to this availability feature. For instance, if the problem is with the ISP, and all gateways use the same ISP, then all of them are likely to fail their connectivity test (and stop advertising themselves as gateways) at the same time. |
